VANA App Terms of Use
Welcome to VANA (the “App”), a platform that offers guided meditations, breathing exercises, and other content for your personal wellbeing. These terms and conditions govern your use of VANA’s mobile application available on Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must not download, access or use our mobile application.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old or older to register and use the App.
You may register by providing accurate and complete information about yourself to VANA.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
You are responsible for all activities that occur using your account.
VANA reserves the right to terminate your account at any time in its sole discretion.
Our mobile application provides audio and video content that is designed to help improve your wellbeing. You are responsible for your use of the VANA App, and you will use the App lawfully and in accordance with these terms and conditions. VANA reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our App without prior notice, at our sole discretion, for any violation of these terms and conditions.
All intellectual property rights in the VANA App belong to VANA, including any content provided within the App. You acknowledge that all trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the App are the property of VANA or third-party service providers and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer any part of the App or its contents without the prior written consent of VANA.
You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App or the servers and networks on which it is operated.
You may not engage in any conduct that infringes or violates the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App, or any systems or networks associated with the App, or its affiliated services.
The App is provided “as-is” and “as available”. VANA does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects.
VANA does not warrant that the App will meet your specific requirements or expectations, or that any content or information obtained from or through the App will be accurate or reliable. You acknowledge and agree that VANA does not guarantee or make any representations regarding specific results or outcomes from the use of our App.
VANA is committed to protecting your privacy. Our privacy policy outlined on our website applies to your use of the VANA mobile application. By using the VANA App, you consent to our collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in our privacy policy.
VANA is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the App or any content obtained through the App. This includes but is not limited to any damages arising from reliance on information obtained through the App or losses due to interruption of service or errors in operation.
In no event shall VANA be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
VANA may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice. By using the App after any such modifications to these terms and conditions, you agree to be bound by such modifications.
The App is governed by the laws of the Jersey, Channel Islands.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Jersey, Channel Islands.
VANA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App or by written notice to you.
